Matthew Kostoff

Matthew Kostoff serves as the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy at University Hospitals since July 2019 and has held various roles in ambulatory and population health pharmacy. Additionally, Matthew is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) since June 2020. Previous experience includes positions at Summa Health as Clinical Lead Pharmacist for Population Health and as an Assistant Professor at The University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. Matthew completed a PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Ambulatory Care/Family Medicine at the University of Colorado and a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Akron General Medical Center. Matthew earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Kent State University.
