Becky Lee, MPA, PMP, is a seasoned professional in managed care operations and public health policy, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer at L.A. Care Health Plan. With a background that includes roles as a Safety Net Initiatives Program Manager II and various positions at the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County and the U.S. House of Representatives, Becky has demonstrated expertise in policy analysis and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health and Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis on Public Sector Management and Leadership from California State University, Northridge.
