Currently, Nicole is the Pharmacy Manager of Technical Operations at L.A. Care Health Plan. NICOLE's role involves supervising pharmacy technicians, implementing new business initiatives, and managing audits for regulatory entities. Nicole has also held positions as Senior Supervisor of Pharmacy Support and Pharmacy Operations Supervisor.
