Roland Palencia

Roland Palencia has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Roland started their career in 1992 as the Vice President and Chief of Operations at AIDS Healthcare Foundation. From 1999 to 2003, they served as the Executive Director at Clinica Monsignor Oscar A. Romero. In 2003, they joined The California Endowment as the Senior Program Officer of Greater Los Angeles. Later, they worked at L.A. Care Health Plan as the Community Benefits Director from 2006 onwards. In 2011, they briefly served as the Executive Director at Equality California.

Roland Palencia attended UCLA from 1977 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
