Seema Bhatia

Seema Bhatia is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and application development. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at L.A. Care Health Plan since January 2011, Seema is responsible for managing Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and analyzing business and technical requirements across various departments including Member Services and Finance. Prior roles include a Senior Techno Functional Lead at LogiClan Inc., where projects involved Multivalue technologies, and a Senior Application Developer and Information Architect at Laureate OHE, focusing on systems like Datatel and Oracle. Seema began the career as a Database Administrator at Moore Industries and held several key positions at Insco LLC, overseeing the IT department and developing insurance and accounting packages in PICK & Unidata environments.
