Xin Lee

Xin Lee, MHA, CLSSGB, currently serves as the Quality Improvement Project Manager at L.A. Care Health Plan, focusing on preventive HEDIS measures and addressing health disparities in Los Angeles County through data analysis and community partnerships. Previously, Xin worked as a Quality Improvement Coordinator at Eisner Health, where responsibilities included coordinating clinical quality improvement projects and conducting PDSA cycles to enhance processes. Earlier roles include Quality Improvement Specialist at Eisner Health and Case Management Program Assistant II at Asian Pacific Health Care Venture, Inc., where Xin achieved significant improvements in cancer screening outreach. The career began as a Peer Educator at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, providing educational workshops on sexual health.
