Antoine Lafay

Antoine Lafay serves as the Global Director of R&D, Software and Creative at L-Acoustics since June 2025. Previously, Antoine held multiple roles at Valeo from September 2015 to June 2025, including System and Innovation Director for Driving Automation Software, Driving Assistance Research & Innovation Director, and ADAS Projects and R&D Operations Manager, focusing on automated driving systems. Antoine's earlier experience includes positions at Alstom Transport from 2009 to 2015, such as System Engineering Manager and R&D Coordinator, where responsibilities included the development of CBTC signaling systems. Antoine began professional experience as an Enterprise Strategy Consultant at SNCF and as an R&D Engineer intern at Air Liquide. Antoine holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from CentraleSupélec and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs.
