Nicole Patafio

Nicole Patafio, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Associate and Assistant Controller at L Catterton since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Assistant Controller at ReFocus Eye Health from June 2021 to March 2023, and previously worked at US Fertility in various capacities, including Assistant Controller and Manager of Accounting from June 2020 to May 2021. Nicole's earlier experience includes a managerial role in Reporting & Accounting at IntegraMed Fertility from February 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities included the adoption of new accounting standards, ASC 842 and ASC 606. Nicole's career began at PwC, where roles included Senior Corporate Accountant and Assurance Associate from September 2015 to February 2016, alongside internship experience. Nicole holds an MBA in Public Accounting and a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
