Julia Kresta-Hoell

Julia Kresta-Hoell has over a decade of experience in talent development and account management. Currently serving as an Employee Engagement & Talent Development Specialist and previously as an Executive Assistant at L.E.K. Consulting since July 2012, Julia has a strong background in enhancing employee engagement and development initiatives. Prior to this role, Julia worked at Icontas Service from April 2006 to June 2012 as an Account/Event Manager and Junior Account Manager within the Incoming Division, focusing on event management and customer relations.
