Justin Craigwell-Graham

Justin Craigwell-Graham is currently a partner at L.E.K. Consulting in Chicago. Justin has been with the company since 2010, starting as an associate and working their way up to senior consultant and then engagement manager. In their current role, they are responsible for leading and executing teams across multiple consulting engagements simultaneously as well as client development.

Justin has always been dedicated to the Retail and Consumer Practice, with a specialty in Food and Beverage. Justin has used their expertise to help clients in this industry with strategic planning, market entry, growth initiatives, and more.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Justin worked in the food and beverage industry for several years. Justin has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Justin Craigwell-Graham completed their Bachelor of Arts at Duke University in International Comparative Studies. Justin then went on to get their Master of Science in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Justin's focus was on Corporate Finance and Asset Management.
