Matt Sabbatino

Matt Sabbatino is the managing director of L.E.K. Consulting's New York office. Matt has over 10 years of experience in the consulting industry, specializing in healthcare and technology.

Sabbatino started their career as a professional swimmer with TYR Sport, where they competed for two years. Matt then transitioned into the world of design, working as an interactive art director at blr further for two years before joining Influence Health as an interaction designer. At Influence Health, Sabbatino led the development of a software feature that allowed for customization and efficient workflow, increasing the number of client implementations from 3 to 11 in one year. Matt also conducted user research and testing with patients, physicians, and administrators and synthesized the results into functions that enabled users to accomplish tasks more quickly within the software.

In 2014, Sabbatino joined L.E.K. Consulting as a summer consultant. Matt was promoted to managing director of the New York office in August of that year and has been in that role ever since. Under Sabbatino's leadership, L.E.K. Consulting has worked with some of the biggest names in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers.

Matt Sabbatino received their Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and their BFA in Graphic Design from Auburn University.
