Rachel Segien

Rachel Segien has extensive experience in business development and sales enablement operations, currently serving as Associate Director of Sales Enablement Operations at L.E.K. Consulting since 2014. Prior roles include Director of Development at the Ellie Fund, where fundraising efforts supported breast cancer patients and families, and Director of Business Development at AMP Agency, focusing on integrated marketing and sponsorship sales. Earlier, Rachel held positions at Greater Media Boston and CBS Radio, gaining expertise in advertising sales, digital marketing, and promotional management.
