Shuba Satyaprasad

Shuba Satyaprasad is L.E.K. Consulting’s Group General Counsel and a Partner in the firm’s Boston office. She has practiced law for over 20 years and has been at L.E.K. for over a decade. At L.E.K., Shuba is responsible for all legal matters, advising on, among other things, corporate governance, information security, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and risk-related issues. In her role, she also advises the Partners and Board on a variety of matters.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Shuba had a career in restructuring law at a large firm in New York, and another large firm in Boston.

Shuba holds a bachelor-of-arts degree in international relations from Tufts University, a doctor of law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and an MA from Columbia University, Teachers College. Shuba is also IAPP certified.
