Thanh Mai

Thanh Mai is a Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting since October 2024, following a role as a Research Associate and Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research from August 2018 to November 2024. Previous experience includes a Summer Consultant position at L.E.K. Consulting in 2023 and an internship in the Consumer Protection Division at the Office of the Attorney General of Iowa in 2017. Additionally, Thanh gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at The Brookings Institution and the Iowa State Bar Association, and served as a Grinnell Admissions Office Multicultural Intern and Peer Connections Pre-Orientation Program Mentor while studying at Grinnell College. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Duke University and a BA in English and Political Science from Grinnell College, complemented by a political science degree from Queen Mary University of London and coursework through Harvard Business School Online.
