The L.E. Phillips Career Development Center is a community focused nonprofit that has been providing programs and services to individuals with disabilities or disadvantages since 1959.  

Our mission is to provide meaningful and appropriate vocational services, employment opportunities and outreach services for individuals with disabilities or disadvantages throughout throughout the Chippewa Valley.  

Our vision is to become the premier resource for individuals with disabilities or disadvantages in the Chippewa Valley.

Our goal is to move our organization forward in a positive manner doing it right the first time, every time, and to strive for total customer satisfaction.
