Michael Kearsley

Michael Kearsley is an experienced masonry project manager with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as the Masonry Project Manager at L. F. Jennings, Inc. since April 2019, Michael oversees day-to-day operations for in-house and contracted masonry projects in the greater DMV area, emphasizing creative problem solving and effective communication. Prior to this, Michael was a project engineer at Clark Construction Group, LLC, where involvement in the MD 355 Crossing project aimed to enhance transportation efficiency in Bethesda. Additionally, an internship at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company provided exposure to procurement and preconstruction processes across various project types. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 2010 and 2014.
