Stan Cloud, CPA, CGMA has over 30 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. Stan began their career in 1988 as a Staff Accountant at KPMG US. In 1991, they moved to Moore Stephens as a Senior Accountant. Stan then opened their own practice, Stan Cloud, CPA, in 1993. In 1998, they became the Controller (equity participant) at Ulysses Telemedia Networks, Inc. and in 2006, they worked as a Consultant at Fannie Mae. In 2008, Stan became the Chief Financial Officer at Bentley Oil & Gas, Inc. and in 2010, they were the Finance Manager and Manager of Planning and Analysis at Agrium Advanced Technologies, Inc. In 2015, Stan moved to Conner Industries - Borger, Texas as the Chief Financial Officer. Stan then moved to L.F. Manufacturing, Inc. in 2019 where they held the role of Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they restructured the reporting and created a dashboard to gain insight into manufacturing profits/costs. Additionally, they identified the lack of costing data in the pricing model leading to increased margins.

Stan Cloud obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. Stan also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and as a Chartered Global Management Accountant from the AICPA.
