Joanne Tsai Ebbetts

Joanne Tsai Ebbetts is an experienced general manager with a robust background in leading organizations across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at L-founders of loyalty since March 2020, Joanne previously held the role of General Manager at BrandLoyalty from April 2013 to December 2018 and at J-TOP Fashion Ltd from 2007 to 2012. Earlier career experiences include positions as Assistant Director of the Merchandise Department, Project Manager for Market Research & Public Relations, and roles in general management at Eastern Home Shopping & Leisure CO., Ltd. Additionally, Joanne contributed to Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as Communication Assistant Manager in the Sales and Marketing Division and worked as Marketing Communications Supervisor at Acer Foundation. Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from USC Marshall School of Business, obtained from 2005 to 2006.
