Bhaskar Ghosh

Bhaskar Ghosh has been involved in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2018. In 2020, they joined Nile as an Investor and Board Member, while also joining the Board of Directors of Yugabyte. Bhaskar also became Lead Investor and Board Member of LightBeam.ai and Opto Investments, where they were also Founding CTO until April 2021. In 2021, they joined Yale University as a Member of various boards, Seaplane IO as an Investor, Rocketlane as an Investor and Board Member, and Acryl Data as Lead Investor and Board Member. Bhaskar also led the seed round for Spotnana in 2019.

Bhaskar Ghosh obtained their PhD in Computer Science from Yale University between 1989 and 1994. Prior to this, they earned a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University.
