Erika Jesse

Erika Jesse has worked in the field of People Operations since 2015. Erika began their career as a People Operations Coordinator with Lucky Dog Technology Group, then moved on to become an Office Manager at Big Health in 2018. In 2020, they took on the roles of People Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at VoiceOps. Most recently, they have been a People Operations Specialist at Opto Investments since 2022.

Erika Jesse has a diverse education history. Erika attended Convent & Stuart Hall from 2008 to 2012, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School program. Erika then attended Santa Barbara City College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned an Associate's degree in Communication, General. Erika then attended San Francisco State University from 2018 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies. From 2018 to 2020, they attended San Francisco State University again and earned a C.E in Conflict Resolution with an emphasis in Business and Labor Issues.
