Guofang Li

Guofang Li has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. They most recently held the position of Head of Finance and Accounting at Opto Investments since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Serengeti Asset Management as a Fund Controller from February 2015 to April 2020. Before that, they were an Accounting Manager at Alden Global Capital from September 2013 to February 2015. Their earlier experience includes roles as an Audit Manager at Deloitte from June 2008 to September 2013 and as a Senior Accountant at Geller & Company from January 2006 to June 2008.

Guofang Li obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Baruch College. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting. In addition to their educational background, Guofang Li also holds certifications including Financial Analyst (CFA) from Gaohe Group and Accounting Economist from China Trust Bank of Los Angeles. They obtained the CFA certification in July 2011 and the Accounting Economist certification in April 2010.
