Bill Hibbs

Vice-president Of H/r-general Counsel at L.K. Jordan & Associates

Bill Hibbs started their work experience in 1976 as an Attorney at Law at the Law Offices of William R. Hibbs II, where they worked until 2001. In 2003, they became an Adjunct Professor at Del Mar College, and in 2005, they took on the role of Adjunct Professor at the University of the Incarnate Word. In 2006, they joined L.K. Jordan & Associates as the Vice-President of Human Resources/General Counsel. Bill held that position until their retirement in June 2021. Additionally, they served as the President of the Corpus Christi Human Resource Management Association in 2010.

Bill Hibbs has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications/English and Military Science from Texas Tech University, which they obtained between 1967 and 1971. During this time, they also served in the United States Army as a 1st Lieutenant in the Signal Corps from 1971 to 1973. Following their military service, they attended the Texas Tech University School of Law from 1973 to 1976, where they earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in Law.
