Andy Cottle is the VP of Heavy Industries at L. Keeley Construction Co., Inc. Andy has over 18 years of experience in construction and has held various positions at different companies.

Cottle started their career in 2003 as Vice President of Operations at Early Construction Company. Andy was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, submitting bids, developing company standards and procedures, and maintaining planned revenue growth. In 2012, they left Early Construction Company to become the Regional Director for the East Region at Bilfinger Westcon.

At Bilfinger Westcon, Cottle was responsible for developing and growing the fabrication and general contracting division. In just two years, they were able to increase revenue from 4-5 million to 13-15 million and increase gross profit from 1% to 22%.

In April 2021, Cottle left Bilfinger Westcon to join L. Keeley Construction Co., Inc. as VP of Heavy Industries.

Andy Cottle received their BS in Finance from West Virginia University. Andy then worked in the finance field for several years before returning to school to get their MBA.

Andy Cottle reports to Rusty Keeley, CEO. They are on a team with Ron Roellig - VP, Infrastructure, Matt Taylor - SVP, Paving, and Al Dreste - SVP, Business Development.
