Carly Andrascik

Carly Andrascik is a dedicated Learning Design Consultant at L.L.Bean since January 2016, focusing on leadership development for corporate employees, particularly within retail, while also emphasizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and managing large-scale projects. Previously, Carly worked at Accenture from January 2012 to December 2015 as a Strategy Consultant in the Talent & Organization division, specializing in Communications and Change Management. Earlier experiences include an internship at Clough Harbour & Associates, a research grant at Hamilton College aimed at enhancing public awareness of urban environmental issues, and a role as a Science Technician and Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, studying watershed impacts. Carly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Biology from Hamilton College, supplemented by study at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in 2010.
