Gary Goslin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management consulting, training, and business strategy. Currently serving as a Compensation Analyst and Business Transformation Training Lead at L.L.Bean since 2016, Gary has played a crucial role in change management for a multi-year Business Transformation project involving various systems. Previously, Gary held managerial and consulting roles at Accenture, focusing on change management and sales process transformation, as well as at The Alexander Group as a strategy consultant specializing in sales transformation. Earlier experience includes account management at LG Electronics USA, where significant revenue generation was achieved, and international project coordination at IBM, further complemented by a foundational role in operations with the Portland Sea Dogs Baseball Club.
