Génesys Vega Soto

Génesys Vega Soto has served as an HR Specialist Jr. at L.L.Bean since January 2022, previously holding roles as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator and Human Resources Representative. Prior experience includes professional internships at Módulo Intervención Psicológica en Trastornos Biológico-Conductuales, focusing on materials for families affected by HIV and AIDS, and at Módulo de Neuropsicología, conducting psychoeducational workshops for caregivers of older adults. Additionally, Génesys participated in psychoeducational workshops on substance use at Módulo Neuropsicofarmacología de la conducta, and contributed to a research project on preschool cognition at Laboratorio de psicobiología. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, completed in 2019.
