Lauren Mills is an experienced professional in digital product creation and supply chain operations, currently serving as the Business Project Lead at L.L.Bean since January 2008. With a background that includes roles such as Senior Process Manager and Strategic Process Manager, Lauren has been pivotal in establishing the company’s first Commercial Planning process and enhancing product development initiatives. Previous experience at Domain Home involved positions from Assistant Buyer to Sr. Inventory Buyer, further demonstrating expertise in inventory management and merchandising processes.
