Marcia Scott

Marcia Scott is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, sales, and media. At L.L.Bean since 2010, Scott has served as a Leave of Absence Administrator, advising employees on related programs and acting as a primary contact for non-occupational concerns. Earlier roles at L.L.Bean included Frontline Supervisor, focusing on leadership and operations, and Customer Service/Job Coach. Marcia has also been a Sales Director and Skin Care Consultant at Mary Kay Cosmetics since 1991, achieving top sales rankings and gaining numerous accolades. Additionally, Scott worked as a News Producer at WCSH-TV from 1986 to 1998, creating and writing content for daily broadcasts. Marcia holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, both from the University of Southern Maine.
