Roger Diffin

Roger Diffin has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the General Manager of the L.L.Bean Flagship Store since October 2000, having held various roles including Senior Manager of Store Operations and Operations Manager. Previously, Roger worked at Abercrombie & Fitch from 1997 to 2001 in positions ranging from Store Opener to District Manager. Roger's early career included roles at Walt Disney World as a Cast Member in Entertainment Operations and as a Lifeguard, along with experience as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc. Roger is pursuing further education at the University of Southern Maine, building on previous studies at both the University of Southern Maine and Daniel Webster College.
