Shawn Fleurie, M.S has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shawn'smost recent position was as the Assistant Director of Community Engagement and Supports at LUK, Inc. where they collaborated with the Director of Community Engagement and Support Services to manage and support the division. Prior to that, they worked at YOU, Inc. as a Program Manager, responsible for delivering quality services to children, adolescents, and their families. Shawn also served as an Evening Administrator at YOU, Inc. where they developed and implemented treatment plans and provided supervisory support to the Evening Supervisors.

Additionally, Shawn has worked at the Justice Resource Institute as a Residential Counselor, providing support and guidance to youth in a secure residential setting. Shawn has also served as a Program Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Webster - Dudley, creating a safe and engaging environment for youth while overseeing staff and facilitating training and workshops.

Building upon their undergraduate education, Shawn pursued further studies at Lasell University from 2015 to 2016, earning a Master of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Leadership.
