Kathleen Ferket

Kathleen Ferket is the Principal and Founder of L3 Advisors Group, LLC, established in January 2022. Kathleen serves as a Senior Clinical Consultant at ACUOCARE and CGi, LLC, as well as the American Case Management Association, providing expertise in transitions of care and clinical consulting. Between April 2018 and March 2022, Kathleen led Ferket Advisory Services, LLC, focusing on executive leadership coaching and advisory roles for healthcare startups. Previous roles include Vice President of Care Continuum at AMITA Health, where Kathleen developed care coordination strategies, and Executive Director of Patient Care Services and Children's Services at Northwest Community Hospital, overseeing operational and strategic initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MSN from Rush University, a certification from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and additional credentials from Kellogg Executive Education and DePaul University.
