Luis Soto III

Luis Soto III is the Managing Partner at L3 Resources, LLC since April 2014. Prior to this, Luis was a Managing Partner at Odyssey Asset Management, LLC from February 2013 to April 2015, and a Partner/Senior Landman at Odyssey Land Services, LLC from June 2012 to April 2015. Additionally, Luis was a Project Manager at Threshold Land Services from January 2010 to November 2012. Luis' primary focus is on managing mineral and leasehold acquisition in Oklahoma and West Texas, specifically in the Permian and SCOOP/STACK plays, and he excels in developing and maintaining client relationships to drive sales strategies and secure new contracts for added value.
