Greg has over 30 years of investment banking and consulting experience advising organizations in a range of industries and areas, including on business strategy and transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital raising, whether debt or equity. He has advised on and executed situations representing in excess of $100 billion of economic value. He currently holds his FINRA Series 24, 63, and 7 licenses.
