Aaron Smykowski

Aaron Smykowski is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering for Systems Program Execution at L3Harris Technologies since March 2019. In this role, Aaron oversees a team of 25 professionals focused on systems engineering for the Tactical Communications Sector. Prior to this, Aaron held various engineering and managerial positions at Harris Corporation and Harris RF Communications, where responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar systems integration programs and leading engineering teams in developing advanced communication technologies. Aaron’s career began with a co-op at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where involvement in modernizing military vehicles took shape. Aaron holds a Master’s degree in Product Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the same institution.
