Alysson Greenwood is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at L3Harris Technologies since July 2019, Alysson is responsible for implementing strategies to engage and retain a diverse workforce within a $3.8 billion segment.
