Cielo Almanza

Cielo Almanza is a seasoned supply chain and logistics executive with extensive experience in managing complex operations across various military and defense organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management at L3Harris Technologies, Cielo has successfully enhanced inventory turnover rates of multimillion-dollar inventories. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Logistics at the Defense Logistics Agency, overseeing a $7B inventory, and Deputy Chief Of Staff at Naval Special Warfare Command, where strategic objectives and organizational improvements were prioritized. Cielo also held key positions with U.S. Fifth Fleet, focusing on logistics operations in contested environments, and Director of Operational Logistics at Naval Special Warfare Command. Cielo earned a Master’s degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and completed JPME 2 at the Joint Forces Staff College.
