Colleen Soppelsa

Colleen Soppelsa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, product management, and procurement within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader at L3Harris Technologies, Colleen drives agile solutions for mission-critical needs. Prior to this role, Colleen was a Lean Six Sigma Regional Partner at the Six Sigma Management Institute, where significant savings were identified for The Children's Home of Cincinnati. Colleen's tenure at GE Aviation included roles such as Senior Product Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager, where transformational changes in product cost and processes were implemented. Earlier experience at Toyota North America involved managing procurement strategies that consistently achieved substantial cost reductions across various commodity sectors. Colleen holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in English Literature from Smith College.
