Danielle Johnston

Danielle Johnston serves as the Employee & Labor Relations Director at L3Harris Technologies, leading the enterprise employee and labor relations function, focusing on strategy, analytics, and positive employee relations initiatives. With a robust background in human resources, Danielle has held multiple director roles supporting various operations, notably at GE Aviation and Harris Corporation, where extensive experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and collective bargaining was developed. Prior positions at Lockheed Martin included roles in labor relations and HR business partnering, where Danielle successfully managed labor agreements and employee engagement initiatives across multiple facilities.
