David Tran

David Tran is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in systems engineering, navigation, and communication technologies. Currently serving as MGUE Test Manager at L3Harris Technologies since March 2019, David has previously held positions such as Sr. Engineer for the Navigation Division at The Aerospace Corporation, where responsibilities included involvement in GPS modernization and cybersecurity efforts. David has also managed engineering teams and technology groups focused on strategic military programs at The Aerospace Corporation and contributed to network architecture and testing for the ARMY at Booz Allen Hamilton. David's career began at Raytheon, where leadership roles spanned the systems development life cycle. David holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Systems Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
