Frank Stagg

Frank Stagg is an accomplished engineering and program management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the MSI Military GPS User Equipment Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies, Frank leads a team of around 100 in developing next-generation Military GPS systems. Previously, as Head of Product Development at Anduril Industries, Frank was instrumental in establishing a competitive solid rocket motor business. Frank's tenure at Raytheon spanned over two decades, where roles included Air Dominance Sustainment Director and various managerial positions for the AMRAAM program, demonstrating a consistent record of driving program success and innovation. Education includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
