Jarod Ruff, MBA, is a Project Engineer specializing in Electronic Warfare and Space Superiority systems, currently working at L3Harris Technologies. They manage an 80-member team on a significant defense sustainment contract while ensuring mission-critical deliverables are met. Jarod has extensive experience in system testing optimization, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement, previously holding roles at Harris Corporation, General Dynamics, and the US Army. They hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado and are actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado State University.
