Jeffrey Meade

Jeffrey Meade is a seasoned optical engineer with extensive experience in optical metrology and testing for advanced systems, currently serving as Lead Optical Engineer at L3Harris Technologies since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was a Senior Optical Engineer at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, leading efforts on the Next-Generation OPIR program. Noteworthy positions include Optical Engineer at JENOPTIK, where automated custom solutions were developed, and Optical Scientist at Tornado Spectral Systems, contributing to the award-nominated HyperFlux spectrometer series. Jeffrey's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a B.Sc. in Imaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by further education in GIS for Environmental Management from the University of Toronto.
