Jessica R. S. Kalmanson, Ph.D., currently serves as the Business Lead at L3Harris Technologies, overseeing profit and loss for the Special Communications Business within the Tactical Missions Division. With a rich background in engineering and project management, Jessica has held various roles, including Senior Principal of Corporate Strategy and Business Area Chief Engineer, where responsibilities included directing program managers, shaping technology strategies, and leading engineering teams to enhance specialized communications capabilities. Previous experience includes positions at Boeing as Chief Project Engineer and at Northrop Grumman as a Senior Principal Engineer, focusing on mechanical systems for unmanned vehicles and spacecraft design.
