Matt Tuttle

Matt Tuttle is a seasoned professional in product management and strategy, currently serving as Principal of Product Management and Capture Strategy at L3Harris Technologies since October 2025. Previously, Matt held the position of Manager of Product Management at Intellian Technologies and was a Principal Communications Consultant at Intermountain Technologies. Matt's career at L3Harris includes a role as Group Product Manager, where responsibilities encompassed ownership of product strategies and lifecycle management for RF communications, as well as leading cross-functional teams. Additionally, Matt has experience in communication systems with the United States Air Force and served as a Program Manager for Salt Lake County.
