Michael Kryukov

Michael Kryukov currently serves as the Director of Tax M&A Planning at L3Harris Technologies since September 2025. Prior to this role, Michael was the Vice President of Global Tax at Teleflex Incorporated from July 2007 to August 2025, where leadership of a talented and motivated tax team was a key responsibility. Michael's career also includes a position as Director of International Tax at VIASYS Healthcare from December 2006 to July 2007, and extensive experience gained as Director of Global Tax Structuring at PricewaterhouseCoopers from March 1994 to December 2006. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Tax from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from St Petersburg State Academy of Aerospace Engineering in the Russian Federation.
