Michael Rogers

Michael Rogers is a Lead System Engineer at L3Harris Technologies, where they oversee system verification and collaborate with customers and vendors. They previously held roles as a Test Engineer and System Engineer within the company, focusing on hardware testing and system integration. Prior to their tenure at L3Harris, they worked as a Research Assistant at BYU's MERS lab, where they validated ocean wind estimation procedures and presented research findings. Michael holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from Westminster College.
