Nicole Karst

Nicole Karst is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations at L3Harris Technologies since July 2016, Nicole has effectively managed teams of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers, while collaborating with TA leadership and HR analytics to develop recruitment metrics and reporting. Previous roles include managing recruitment teams for the Space and Airborne Systems segment and leading full-cycle recruiting for various positions, including high-tech engineering and program management. Prior experience includes leading talent acquisition efforts at Xcel Energy, SEAKR Engineering, Inc., and Aerotek. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and a certificate in Advanced Talent Strategy from Wharton Executive Education.
