Paul Boyden

Paul Boyden is an accomplished engineering and product development professional with extensive experience in the field of broadcast and digital transmission technologies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Product Development at Driver Training Solutions since March 2025, Paul leads product definition and development. Prior to this, Paul held several key positions at L3Harris Technologies, including Director of Engineering and Product Management, where a talented team produced world-class simulators for commercial driver training. Paul's background includes roles as a Senior Program Manager, Senior Product Manager, and systems engineering, notably leading the development of the ROVER 5 handheld video receiver/transmitter for military applications. Additionally, Paul has worked as a digital broadcast and satellite engineering consultant, and held executive roles at US Digital Networks and USDTV. Paul earned an MBA from Brigham Young University and a BS in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Japanese from the University of Utah.
