Paul Waldrop

Paul Waldrop has over a decade of experience in talent management and learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at L3Harris Technologies since November 2010. Prior roles include positions in training and development both in HR and operations within the Communication Systems segment. Earlier career experiences include instructional design roles at Baker Hughes, the University of Houston, and Entergy, where Paul collaborated with subject matter experts and developed multimedia training presentations. Paul holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
