Ridge Sower

Ridge Sower serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Undersea Systems Division at L3Harris Technologies since June 2024, following a successful tenure at Elbit Systems of America where Sower held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Ground Combat & Precision Targeting from February 2017 to June 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at BAE Systems, such as Product Line Director for EO & Precision Targeting Systems and Senior Program Manager for the Common Missile Warning System, where Sower managed significant contracts and cross-functional teams. Sower graduated with an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, complemented by an Executive Certificate in National Security Management from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School.
